Shipping Policy

Processing Time Once an order is placed, we require 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, processing usually takes 1 day, but if you order on a Friday evening or weekend, it may take a bit longer.

Delivery Times: Once processed, your order will be shipped. Average delivery time is 4–9 business days.

Order Cancellation: After placing an order, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipping by our automated systems. Therefore, cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of ordering. In most cases, we can cancel it in time, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.

Shipping Costs: We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is no minimum order value.

Order Tracking: Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Delayed? We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur. If your order is delayed by more than a week, please contact us with your order number by email and we’ll assist you.

Order Not Received? Still haven’t received your package after the average delivery time? Please send us an email with your order number.

All Nora & Ivy Miami orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery every step of the way.
