Return Policy

 

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications

1.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your order after placing it, please email us at info@noraivymiami.com as soon as possible.

1.2 Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or canceled. If your order is already in transit via UPS, we ask that you wait until it is delivered and then return the item in accordance with our return policy below. Please notify us in advance if you intend to cancel. To ensure the fastest return process, we recommend emailing us a tracking confirmation of your return.

1.3 Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after checkout. For this reason, cancellations may only be accepted within 15 minutes of placing your order. Refunds before delivery are only possible within that time window.


2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Our Return Policy is part of the Terms & Conditions for using our website.

2.2 If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s). To initiate a return, please email us with your order number and the product(s) you'd like to return.

2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2.4 Refunds will only be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

2.5 Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Products that are damaged, used, or improperly packaged may not be eligible for a refund.

2.6 Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving and approving your return.

2.7 Once your return is approved, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will then be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

2.8 Cancellations are only considered final once we have received the returned goods.

2.9 Since our products are shipped internationally (from Asia), transit times can vary and are beyond our control. If the package is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait to receive the order and then proceed with a return. 


3. Steps to Cancel or Return an Order

  2. Ship the items back using a trackable shipping method.
